摘要:

聚集诱导发光(AIE)受到了越来越多的关注,并已被广泛应用于生化分析、光电材料等多个领域。 不同于传统的荧光探针,AIE型荧光探针聚集后,分子内运动由于空间位阻而受限,从而表现出强发光。AIE型荧光探针表现出更高的选择性、灵敏度和信噪比,以及更短的响应时间。 这些优势使得聚集诱导发光广泛应用于生化检测、疾病的早期诊疗和细胞成像等多个方面。 本文总结了AIE型荧光探针在酶、金属离子和生物活性小分子等生物标志物检测中的应用。 此外,还讨论了AIE型荧光探针面临的挑战和未来的发展前景。

Abstract:

Aggregation-induced emission (AIE) has received increasing attention and has been applied widely in various fields such as biochemical analysis and optoelectronic materials. Unlike conventional fluorescent probes, AIE fluorescent probes exhibit strong luminescence due to limited intramolecular movement caused by steric hindrance after aggregation. AIE fluorescent probes reveal higher selectivity, sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, and shorter response time. These advantages make AIE a promising tool in biochemical detection, early diagnosis and treatment of disease and cell imaging. Herein, the applications of AIE fluorescent probes in the detection of different biomarkers are summarized. In addition, challenges and development prospects of AIE fluorescent probes in the future are discussed.
