黄色荧光碳点用于盐酸金霉素的检测

摘要:

以邻苯二胺和L-酪氨酸为原料,通过一步溶剂水热法合成了发黄色光的碳点(Y-CDs),该碳点具有良好的水溶性和稳定的光学性质,可以作为荧光探针用于盐酸金霉素(CTC)的分析检测。基于内滤效应和静态猝灭的协同作用,CTC可以有效猝灭Y-CDs的荧光。因此,建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的盐酸金霉素检测方法,检测线性范围为2.5~145 μmol/L,检出限为1.43 μmol/L。运用加标回收的方法实现了对牛奶和自来水中盐酸金霉素的分析检测,表现出良好的回收率(97.49%~106.90%)。

Abstract:

Yellow fluorescent carbon dots (Y-CDs) are prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using o-phenylenediamine and L-tyrosine as raw materials, which can be employed as a fluorescence probe for the determination of chlortetracycline hydrochloride (CTC). In the presence of chlortetracycline hydrochloride, the fluorescence emission of Y-CDs is dramatically quenched due to internal filtration effect or static quenching effect. Therefore, a highly sensitive and selective fluorescence method is developed for the detection of CTC. The fluorescent intensity of Y-CDs has a good linear relationship with CTC in the range of 2.5~145 μmol/L and the detection limit of 1.43 μmol/L. The fluorescence probe is further applied to the detection of CTC in the milk and tap water with the recoveries in the range of 97.49%~106.90%.
