以苯并咪唑萘酰亚胺为荧光团高选择快速检测H2S的荧光探针

摘要:

以1,8-萘二甲酸酐为起始原料合成一种萘酰亚胺衍生物3-叠氮基-7H-苯并[de]苯并[4,5]咪唑[2,1-a]异喹啉(DBNG),利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)等测试手段确定其结构,并将其作为小分子荧光探针用于检测H2S,系统研究了其荧光特性,结合理论计算,探究其可能的检测机制。结果表明,DBNG能高选择、快速荧光检测H2S,产生“turn-on”现象,在较宽的pH范围内仍然表现良好的荧光性能,检测限低至0.82 μmol/L,可用于检测实际水样中的H2S,并成功应用于细胞成像实验。

Abstract:

A naphthalimide derivative 3-azido-7H-benzo[de]benzo[4,5]imidazole[2,1-a] (DBNG) was synthesized starting from 1,8-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid anhydride isoquinoline and characterized by using infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). It was used as a small molecule fluorescent probe to detect H2S. The results show that probe DBNG can detect H2S with high selectivity and rapid fluorescence response, and exhibits good fluorescence performance in a wide pH range with a detection limit as low as 0.82 μmol/L. It can be used to detect actual water samples with H2S and has been successfully applied to cell imaging experiments.
