Properties of Perovskite-Type La1-xCuxMnO3 Catalysts

摘要: 采用共沉淀法制得了Cu2+部分取代La3+的La1-xCuxMnO3钙钛矿型催化剂,通过XRD、TPR、电镜分析及活性评价,研究了Cu2+的部分取代对La1-xCuxMnO3系催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,Cu2+部分取代La3+后,使催化剂易被还原,活化能降低,对CH4、CO氧化反应,均有最佳取代量使催化剂的活性最佳,其值分别为0.2和0.4,这是由于随x值的增大,催化剂晶格缺陷增多,晶格氧的化学势增大的缘故

Abstract: The catalytic properties of La1-xCuxMnO3 perovskite type catalysts prepared by coprecipitation have been studied by means of XRD, TPR, TEM, SEM, EMPA, activity evaluation and etc. The results reveal that the activation energy of La1-xCuxMnO3 catalysts decreases with the increase of x from 0 to 0.6 and the activity of the catalysts for COand CH4 oxidation has a maximum point(for COoxidation x =0.4 and for CH4 oxidation x =0.2). It is considered that the above behaviour is caused by the increase of lattice defects and chemical potential of lattice oxygen in catalysts with the increase of x.
