在线气相色谱分析技术的研究进展

摘要:

在线气相色谱分析技术,是通过在线采样系统将化工工艺物料传送至前处理系统,通过预处理系统将粉尘及腐蚀性化合物等干扰物去除,然后输送到气相色谱仪,经色谱分离、检测并获取关键色谱数据,最后通过数据处理平台进行色谱数据的自动处理、远程发送以及报警联锁等功能的一门多学科交叉分析技术。 从应用角度来分类,主要包括3个方面: 微反(微反应器)在线气相色谱分析技术、实验室在线气相色谱分析技术和工业色谱分析技术。 本文回顾了在线气相色谱技术的发展历程,重点介绍了笔者从业20年的在线气相色谱分析技术研发与应用,以及在线气相色谱分析技术的难点、机遇与挑战,并对国产在线气相色谱分析技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:

The online gas chromatography analysis is a multidisciplinary area that uses an online sampling system to transfer chemical process materials to a pre-treatment system, in which interference components such as dust and corrosive compounds are removed, then the materials are seat to a gas chromatograph for separation, detection and quantitation. Finally, the chromatographic data is automatically processed, remotely sent, and alarmed through a data processing platform. The online gas chromatography analysis technology has been applied in three aspects, i.?e. micro-reactor, laboratory online analysis, and industrial chromatography. This article reviews the development history of online gas chromatography technology briefly, and the research and applications are also introduced via the authors′ 20-year-experience. Besides, the challenges and opportunities faced by this technique are discussed in detail, and the future development of domestic online gas chromatographic instrumentation is prospected.
