Abstract: As a mimetic catalase,meso-tetra(p-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin cobalt(Ⅲ) can catalyze the disproportionation of hydrogen peroxide. The linear relationship held in the hydrogen peroxide concentration range of 5.0×10-4~5.0×10-3mol/L. The effects of temperature, pH, reproducibility, recovery and interference were given.

Key words: mimetic enzyme, catalase, cobalt (Ⅲ) porphyrin, oxygen electrode, biosensor
