磷钨酸-拟薄水铝石负载催化剂合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯

摘要:

以拟薄水铝石固载的磷钨酸为催化剂,通过对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的合成产率及磷钨酸的溶脱率的测定,考察催化剂的催化性能和固载程度。结果表明,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的合成最高产率达到83.8%,溶脱率为2.8%。重复使用6次后,总的溶脱率为12.5%。由此可见,该催化剂是一种固载程度良好的环境友好型催化剂。

Abstract:

Phosphatotungstic acids (H3PW12O40, PW12) supported on alumina are employed to catalysis the synthesis of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate. Through the yield of ethyl p-hydroxyben- zoate and the dissolution of HPAs, we research the function and strength of the catalyst. We know that the yield of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate is up to 83.8%, the rate of dissolution of pho- sohotungstic acid is 2.8%. Even after the catalyst was recycled for six runs with only 12.5%, the rate of dissolution of phosohotungstic acid.Therefore, it is a kind of effective and environ- mental friendly esterification catalyst.
