摘要:

Gemini表面活性剂是一种具有特殊结构的新型表面活性剂,含有2个疏水基团、2个亲水基团和1个联接基团。 相比于传统的表面活性剂,Gemini表面活性剂具有更好的表面活性、更低的临界胶束浓度及Kraff点、良好的乳化能力、泡沫性能和优良的润湿性能等优点,在日常生活、传统产业和高端制造等领域具有重要应用,其相关研究已引起国内外科研工作者高度关注。 本文介绍了不同结构的Gemini表面活性剂的制备方法,阐述了Gemini表面活性剂在不同条件下形成的聚集体结构及其之间的相互转化,总结了Gemini表面活性剂在石油开采、合成模板剂、缓蚀剂、灭菌、药物载体及集成电路制造等不同领域的应用,最后展望了新型Gemini分子结构的设计方向及其在先进半导体芯片制造领域中的应用。

Abstract:

Gemini surfactant is a type of surfactant with a special structure, which contains two hydrophobic groups, two hydrophilic groups, and one linking group. Compared with traditional surfactants, Gemini surfactants have attracted great attention due to their advantages of better surface activity, lower critical micelle concentration and Kraff point, good emulsifying ability, foam performance, and excellent wetting performance, which lead them to play an important role in daily life, industrial production, high-end manufacturing and other fields. In this review, the synthesis of Gemini surfactants with different structures are introduced, followed by the aggregate structures of Gemini surfactants under different conditions and the mutual transformation between aggregate structures as well as their applications in different fields such as petroleum exploration, synthetic templates, corrosion inhibitors, drug carriers, integrated circuit manufacturing, etc. In the end, future research directions on the design of novel Gemini surfactants and the application in advanced semiconductor chips manufacturing are proposed.
