Abstract:

Water-soluble carbon point ultraviolet absorbers using aromatic compounds containing N atoms, sodium citrate and ethylenediamine as raw materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. Aging tests were carried out on carbon points prepared by different aromatic compounds, and carbon points (A-CDs) with aging resistance were finally screened out. Among them, A-CDs was rich in functional groups such as —COOH and —NH2 and had UV total absorption performance. The absorption performance was further improved by optimizing the reaction conditions. A-CDs was combined with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to form A high performance UV shielding film. When the mass fraction of CDs increases from 0.02% to 0.1%, the ultraviolet transmittance decreases from 8% to 3%, indicating that carbon points can exist stably in the film. At the same time, the addition of carbon points can reduce the aging rate of the film under ultraviolet irradiation and maintain the mechanical properties of the film.
