Abstract:

Epoxy resin E51 is selected as the modified filler to prepare a series of luminous resin water-permeable concretes with different resin mass fraction (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%). The introduction of epoxy resin improves the compressive strength and flexural strength of luminous resin permeable concrete, and with the increase of the resin content, it shows a trend of increasing followed by decreasing. When the resin content is 4%, the compressive strength and flexural strength both reach the maximum values of 21.7 MPa and 6.11 MPa. The water permeability coefficient of luminescent resin permeable concrete shows a trend of decreasing followed by increasing with the increase of epoxy resin content. The lowest water permeability coefficient is 5.1 mm/s at 4%. The microscopic morphology analysis reveals that the cross-section of the unmodified epoxy resin permeable concrete has obvious cracks and pores, and the overall structure is relatively loose. After the introduction of epoxy resin, the number of cracks and pores is significantly reduced, and the overall integration is tighter. The luminescence time of the luminescent resin permeable concrete has little relationship with the resin content, and the luminescent permeable concrete can maintain a more efficient luminescence time of more than 5 h under 1 h of light.
