Preparation of Ultrafine Sno2 by Supercritical Fluid Drying Technology

Abstract: The nanometer size SnO2 powder was prepared by the sol-gel chemistry followed by supercritical fluid drying. The XRD,TEM and ASAP have been carried out to analyze the structure,particle size and surface area of the powder.
