Abstract:

The effects of aluminum substrate treatment, sintering temperature and film thickness on solar absorptance of the Ni-Al2O3 composite films were investigated. The optimal coating had a nickel mole fraction of 80%, a sol concentration of 0.8 mol/L, and the aluminum substrates treated by H3PO4-CrO3 solution after mechanical polishing. And the film was sintered at 600 ℃. The film prepared by this condition has a good solar absorptance.

Key words: Ni-Al2O3 film, sol-gel method, aluminum substrate treatment, sintering temperature, film thickness
