摘要: 聚己内酷(PCL)作为生物降解材料,无毒、无副作用,但其结晶度高,不易降解,药物渗透性差.通过加入聚乙二醇(PEG)与PCL形成"海岛结构"可改变PCL的结晶度,达到材料在一定条件(如生物酶)的作用下在一定时间降解的目的.本文主要利用差示扫描量热法(DSC).研究PCL,PEG及其嵌段共聚物(PCE)在不同条件下的结晶行为.

Abstract: The crystallization of polycaprolactone(PCL),polyethylene glycol (PEG)andtheir block copolymers have been studied using DSC techniqtie. The results showed that thecomposition as well as the molecular weight of PCL and PEG affected the crystallinity of theblock copolymers. The crystallinity of the copolymer showed a maximLim value on standing.Some of the kinetic parameters on isothermo-crystallization have beeii calculated.
