摘要: 自从抗癌药顺铂(cis-Pt(NH3)2Cl2)被发现和应用以来,已合成了多种类似物。为了弄清这类药物的作用机理,有不少文献研究其活性组分cis-Pt(NH3)2(H2O)22+与核苷、核酸的反应[1-2]。已经知道氨基酸能携带含铂组分通过细胞膜[3],而且某些氨基酸铂配合物本身就有抗癌活性[4]。同时巳证明铂配合物的毒性和含硫基团有关[5]。因此有必要研究药物与氨基酸的作用。

Abstract: Reactions of Pt (MeNH2)2(H2O)22+ with glycine,L-methionine, N-methyliminodiacetie acid and thiodiacetic acid were studied by pH potentiometry and 13C NMR spectroscopy.The complex formation constants (logK) were 8.55, 8.64,8.05 and 3.68, respectively, as determined by pH titration at 37℃. The possible structures of the formed complexes were briefly discussed.
