摘要: 以赖氨酸为原料合成了胍基和季铵盐功能化的环状赖氨酸单体。 单体的提纯和分离过程简单,产率在60%~80%之间。 通过核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)和质谱(MS)等表征手段确认了功能化单体的结构。 两种新型单体丰富了功能化环状赖氨酸单体的种类,也有望通过开环聚合来获得胍基和季铵盐功能化的聚氨基酸,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Using cyclic lysine as the starting material, two new monomers, namely guanidyl- and quaternary ammonium-functionalized cyclic lysine monomers are successfully synthesized via simple chemical reactions. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS) results confirm the monomers′ structures. These two new monomers enrich the types of functional cyclic lysine monomers and are expected to be used to synthesize functionalized poly(amino acid)s with excellent antibacterial properties.
