聚丙烯酸酯/偏二氯乙烯/蒙脱土复合乳液的制备

Preparation of polyacrylate-Vinylidene Chloride /nanomontmorillonite Composite emulsion

摘要:

以偏二氯乙烯和蒙脱土作改性剂,采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了聚丙烯酸酯偏二氯乙烯/蒙脱土(PEAVDC/MMT)共聚物复合乳液,研究了蒙脱土质量分数对共聚物乳胶粒径、乳胶膜抗拉强度与断裂伸长率及热稳定性的影响。 结果表明,当蒙脱土质量分数从1%增加至5%时,PEA-VDC/MMT共聚物乳胶的平均粒径从141 nm增至243 nm;在蒙脱土质量分数为2%时, 乳胶膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值,分别为3.23 MPa和1.330%。 PEAVDC共聚物的成碳率和热分解温度均随蒙脱土质量分数的增加而略有增加。

Abstract:

The polyacrylate-/vinylidene chloride/nanomontmorillonite Composite emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The influence of the content of nanomontmorillonite on composite emulsion diameter ,mechanical properties and thermal stability is probed. The results showed that: with MMT content increasing ,the composite emulsion diameter increased gradually; The largest tensile strength and elongation of composite membrane were 3.23MPa and1 329.9% when the montomorillonite content was 2%. The thermal stability of polyacrylate- vinylidene chloride copolymer was increased by adding nanomontmorillonite
