新法浸铈氨合成催化剂

An Impregnation Method of CeO2 Contanining Fused Iron Catalyst for Synthetic Ammonia Production

摘要: 铈作为氨合成催化剂的一种添加剂能提高催化活性, 国内外已有研究[1~3]. 美国 Lummus公司曾用铈盐水溶液处理还原的氧化铁制备氨合成催化剂[4]. 如选择低温、高活性、高强度、宽温区的熔铁球状催化剂造孔后作为载体, 浸渍铈盐溶液, 有可能制备活性更高, 其它性能良好的氨合成催化剂. 但是, 将熔铁催化剂还原产生孔隙, 继而钝化并非易事. 我们曾用简单易行的方法[5], 即将熔铁催化剂(含K2O约 14%)先在水中浸泡, 溶去其中大部分水溶性钾(主要为KOH),从而成孔。

Abstract: A porrous support has been obtained from spherical fused iron catalyst after its potassium ions were dissoluted out by water. Impregnation such a dried porrous support with a mixture of Ce(NO3)3 and KNO3 gave a catalyst with a higher activity for ammonia synthesis. The presence of CeO2 in the catalyze after calcination was confirmed by X-ray analysis. The results showed that the optimum ratio of K+ to Ce3+ in impregnation mixture was 1:1.
