新型非酯型拟除虫菊酯类化合物的合成及其生物活性的研究(Ⅱ)

摘要: 非酯型拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂是近年来菊酯类杀虫剂研究的新进展。这是传统拟除虫菊酯结构中的酯基被其它官能团如肟醚基、醚键、亚甲基、羰基等替代后的化合物[1~4]。作者曾报道用酰胺基替代酯基合成非酯型酰胺类菊酯化合物,所得化合物对家蝇亦具有一定的杀伤和击倒效果[5].本文报道结构通式为2,2,5-三取代戊烷类化合物.

Abstract: Sixteen 2, 2, 5-trisubstituted pentane derivatives were synthesized and screened as newpyrethroids: The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR.All the compoundsshowed only a moderate insecticidal activity but a well knockdown effect against housefly.The mortality was about 0~12.5% and the knockdown percentage was about 27.5~100% atthe dose of 0.952μg/housefly.
