甲基三氯硅烷改性三聚氰胺阻燃疏水泡沫的制备及其性能

Design and Preparation of Flame Retardant and Hydrophobic Melamine Foam

摘要:

以软质三聚氰胺泡沫为基材,甲基三氯硅烷作为改性剂,使用化学气相沉积法成功制备得到包含二维聚硅氧烷涂层和三维多孔网络骨架结构的三聚氰胺改性泡沫。 这种独特的结构赋予三聚氰胺改性泡沫优异的疏水、油水分离、吸油以及阻燃性能,其水接触角、吸油量、氧指数、热释放速率、热释放速率峰值和总热释放量下降比例分别可以达到104(°)、155.6 g/g、38.5%、57.4%、59.5%和31.1%。 兼具独特结构、优异疏水和阻燃性能的三聚氰胺改性泡沫的设计制备,为今后多功能油水分离材料的设计以及处理油污问题的解决提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:

With the soft melamine foam as the base material and methyl trichlorosilane as the modifier, melamine modified foam containing two-dimensional polysiloxane coating and three-dimensional porous network framework structure was successfully prepared by chemical vapor deposition. This unique structure gave melamine modified foam excellent hydrophobic, oil-water separation, oil absorption and flame-retardant properties. The water contact angle, oil absorption, oxygen index reached 114(°), 155.6 g/g and 38.5% and the heat release rate, peak heat release rate and total heat release decreased by 57.4%, 59.5% and 31.1%, respectively. The design and preparation of melamine modified foam with unique structure, excellent hydrophobic and flame-retardant properties provide a new way for the design of multifunctional oil-water separation materials and the solution of oil pollution problems in the future.
