摘要:

雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)是一种主要的环境雌激素,具有作用强、危害广等特征,可扰乱人体及动物体的正常内分泌功能,从而产生不利影响,因此E2的快速、准确检测对于食品安全和公共卫生至关重要。传统的检测方法主要是基于大型仪器分析,这些方法具有高灵敏度、准确性的同时也存在操作繁琐、成本较高、仅限于在实验室内进行等缺陷。近年来,研究人员开发了多种生物传感器对E2进行检测,前期的生物传感器出现灵敏度低、存在干扰信号等问题,还有很大的改进空间。而基于适配体和抗体的生物传感器具有特异性好、灵敏度高、操作简单、响应快速、易用于现场检测等优势,已广泛应用于食品中E2的检测分析。本文在对适配体和抗体的特点简要介绍的基础上,综述了以适配体和抗体为识别信号的多种生物传感器在E2检测中的最新研究进展,并对其未来研究方向做出了展望。

Abstract:

Estradiol (E2) is one of the major environmental estrogens, which has the characteristics of strong action and extensive harmness, and can disrupt the normal endocrine function of human and animal bodies, thus causing adverse effects. Therefore, the rapid and accurate detection of E2 is of great importance for food safety and public health. Traditional detection methods are mainly based on large-scale instrument analysis. These methods have high sensitivity and accuracy, but also have drawbacks such as tedious operation, high cost and limitation to laboratory. In recent years, researchers have developed a variety of biosensors to detect E2. In the early stage, there will be problems such as low sensitivity and interference signals. There is a lot of room for improvement. Gradually, a new method with simple operation, high detection sensitivity and rapid on-site detection can be explored. Based on a brief introduction to the characteristics of aptamers and antibodies, this article summarizes the latest research progress in E2 detection of various biosensors using aptamers and antibodies as recognition signals. Finally, this review provides new prospects for its research direction.
