摘要: 肠道菌群对人体的健康发挥起至关重要的作用,失衡将诱发多种疾病。 天然产物已被证明可以通过调节肠道菌群的平衡来达到预防和治疗多种疾病,但具体的作用机制仍不清楚。 本文主要对天然产物中的皂苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类及多糖类与肠道菌群的相互作用进行综述,对其代谢产物和代谢路径进行总结,以期为进一步研究天然产物调节肠道菌群的作用机制提供参考。

Abstract: The intestinal flora plays a vital role in the health of the human body, and imbalance will induce a variety of diseases. Natural products have been proven to prevent and treat a variety of diseases by regulating the balance of intestinal flora, but the specific mechanism of action is still unclear. This article mainly reviews the interactions of saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and polysaccharides in natural products with intestinal flora, and summarizes their metabolites and metabolic pathways, with a view to further research on natural products to regulate the intestinal tract. The mechanism of action of the flora provides a reference.
