Properties of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose/ Hydroxyethylcellulose Compound Solution

摘要: 羧甲基纤维素钠(NaCMC)和羟乙基纤维素(HEC)作为油田用驱油剂,具有抗剪切能力强,原料丰富和对环境污染少等优点,但单独使用效果不理想.前者虽有较好的增粘性,但易受油藏温度、盐度的影响;后者虽有较好的耐温、耐盐性,但其增稠能力较差、用量较大[1,2].设想利用高分子间分子复合原理,将两者进行复合,性能较之单一NaCMC或HEC溶液可能会有所改善.本文就NaCMC/HEC复合溶液的增粘、流变、抗剪切及耐温耐盐性能作初步考察.

Abstract: The properties of sodium carboxymethylcellulose(NaCMC)/hydroxyethylcellulose(HEC) compound solution such as viscosification efficiency, rheological behavior, shear stability and salt stability have been investigated by means of rotation viscosimeter. The results show that the compound solution exhibits an enhanced viscosification efficiency, improved shear stability, as well as a better tolerance towards temperature and salt.
