4,4’-双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜的制备及其共聚透明树脂的性能

摘要: 分子设计原理及大量文献表明, 聚合物中引入硫原子是提高折光指数、同时降低色散的最有效方法[1~3], 所得光学树脂的其它性能也十分优异, 故而在近年已引起该领域研究者的高度重视. 采用这种方法可以非常容易地得到折光指数在 1.60 以上的光学树脂[4~6], 文献报道最高已达 1.80[7]. 本文利用相转移反应, 由 4, 4-二羟基二苯砜(BPS)方便地得到了高纯度的4, 4 -双甲基丙烯酰氧基二苯砜(BPSDMA), 制备并研究了其二元及元共聚透明树脂的性能。

Abstract: BPSDMA of high purity was easily synthesized from bisphenol S by phase transfer catalysis at low temperature and its structure was characterized by FTIR, NMR and elemental analysis. Transparent resins of BPSDMA with styrene and styrene-thiodiglycol dimethacrylate(TDGDMA)copolymers were prepared and their properties were measured and studied.
