摘要： N-烷基吡咯烷酮可用作香波增稠剂,染发烫发调理剂,啤酒、葡萄酒中多酚洁净化剂和洗涤去渍剂等,其合成一般采用毗咯烷酮N-烷基化的方法.如用50%NaOH水溶液作去质子剂的液-液相转移催化法,收率20%左右,在NaH或NaOR作用下的固-液多相非水反应体系,产率40%～70%,其中所用去质子剂成本高,操作安全性差.

Abstract: Two N-alkyl pyrrolidone,N-octyl pyrrolidone and N-lauryl pyrrolidone,wereprepared by means of solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis in 83.8% and 87.2% yield respec-tively.The new art in which tetra-butyl-ammonium bromide is used as phase-transfer cata-lyst and KOH-K2CO3 as mixed base,is characteristic of short reaction time,mild reactionconditions and easy operation.
