摘要: a-羰基硫代酞胺与邻苯二胺、氨基脲、氨基硫脲反应可以生成某些具有生理活性的杂环化合物.由于a-羰基硫代酸胺的合成有一定难度,合成方法并不多.本文以a-乙酞基甲酞胺为原料,在超声波作用下进行硫代反应,合成了一系列a-乙酞基硫代酞胺类化合物.

Abstract: Some α-acetylthioformanilides have been svnthesized under ultrasonic irradiation.and the compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and MS.The method issuperior in reaction velocity and yield.
