摘要: 锑系化合物是一类对高聚物材料具有高效阻燃和热稳定性能的新型助剂.本文研究了三苯基锑与氯化铜或溴作用生成三苯基二氯化锑和三苯基二溴化锑,进而与五氯苯酚反应,合成了尚未见文献报道的二(五氯苯氧基)三苯基锑;通过元素分析、红外光谱、热分析等探讨了化合物的成键特性和热分解过程,以及对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的阻燃行为.

Abstract: Organoantimony compounds of the formula ph3SbX2,where X=Cl,Br and pen-tachlorophenoxy,have been prepared from the reaction of triphenylantimony with CuCl2,bromine and pentachlorophenol respectively.The compounds were characterized by elemen-tal analysis,melting point determination, infrared spectra and thermal behavior.The ther-mal decomposition mechanism was studied in air by differential scanning calorimetry,The flame retardancy of the compounds in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was determined,which indi-cated that these compounds had high flame resisting activities for PVC at low additive levels.
