摘要: 通过硫代磷酰-氯酯与N,N-二丙基-α-乙氨基乙酰胺反应合成了21种-α-硫代磷酰基胺基乙酰胺衍生物.所合成的化合物用元素分析、1H NMR和31PNMR进行了表征,并进行了杀虫和杀螨活性的试验.

Abstract: Twenty one α-thiophosphorylamidocetamidcs with general formula [RO(R1O)P(S)N(Et)CH2CON(C3H7)2] have been synthesized by reacting RO(R1O)P(S)Cl withEtNHCH2CON(C3H7)2 and characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR and 31P NMR mea-surements.They Showed a better acaricidal and insecticidal activity.
