摘要: 柔性石墨具有耐高温、耐酸碱、抗拉、抗压、抗辐射、回弹性等优良性能,被广泛应用于化工、机械、航天、原子能等领域.但其原材料可膨胀石墨的制备方法,环境气氛恶劣,其中含硫量高达3%~4%.制成的柔性石墨作密封材料.残余硫酸根或硫酸分子的热解产物会腐蚀金属面.本文探讨用过氧化氢作氧化剂制备低硫可膨胀石墨的最佳条件.

Abstract: The low sulfur expansible graphite has been prepared using hydrogen peroxide asoxidant and a mixture of oxalic acid and nitric acid as exchnger,The optimum conditions forpreparation were:H2O2(30%):graphite=1:10(by weight),25℃, 60min,H2SO4(98%).The expansible graphite with expanding volume of 200mL/g contains only 0.39%sulfur.
