摘要: 1960年第一台红宝石激光器问世后,1961年便出现了掺钦钡冕玻璃为工作物质的激光器.激光波长为1.06μm.目前掺铰的激光玻璃已有许多种,如硅酸盐、硼酸盐、硼硅酸盐、锗酸盐,氟化物和磷酸盐等玻璃.

Abstract: The spectra and spectral parameters of calcium aluminophosphate glass dopedwith Nd3+ions were studied. The absorption, excitation and emission spectra have beenmeasured at room temperature. By using Judd-Ofelt theory the oscillator strengths,Ωλpa-rameter, radiative transition probability, radiative lifetimes and fluorescent branching ratioof Nd3+ ions have been calculated.
