摘要: 60年代初对ABO3型稀土硼酸盐的合成、结构和性质的研究已有报道[1,2,3]。80年代侧重稀土和金属离子硼酸盐发光规律的研究。 Srivastava[4]曾对GdBO3中pr3+的光谱及Gd3+对Pr3+的敏化、郭风瑜[5],李有谟[6]等对磷光体的发光作过研究。本文以ABO3型稀土硼酸盐为基质,研究了化学组成(LnBO3:Dy),激活剂浓度,晶体结构对Dy3+发光的影响。

Abstract: The excitation and emission spectra of LnBO3:Dy3+(Ln=La,Gd,Yb,Lu,Y,Sc)crystal powders were measured at room temperature.The dependence of the relative intensities of the 4F9/26H15/2,13/2 fluorescent transitions of the Dy3+ ion in the LnBO3:Dy3+ host lattice on the chemical composition,crystal structure of the phesphors,and the concentrations of Dy3+ has been discussed.
