硅钨酸与氧氟沙星的相互作用

Interaction between Silicotungstic Heteropolyacid and Ofloxacin

摘要:

利用荧光光谱及红外光谱法研究了硅钨杂多酸与氧氟沙星分子的相互作用。结果表明,在溶液中硅钨酸分子与氧氟沙星生成新的配合物,导致氧氟沙星溶液荧光的猝灭,其猝灭类型主要为静态猝灭。通过测定反应的表观结合常数、结合位点数及结合热力学参数,证明硅钨酸与氧氟沙星分子主要通过静电和疏水作用形成配合物, 配合物中的硅钨酸仍保持Keggin结构。

Abstract:

A complex composed of ofloxacin(OFLX) and silicotungstic heteropolyacid (SiW) was studied by fluorescence and IR spectroscopy. SiW can quench the fluorescence of OFLX by forming a new complex. The binding site number n, apparent binding constant KA and corresponding thermodynamic parameters were measured at different temperatures. This indicates that the electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions play a major role in stabilizing the complex. The IR spectrum confirmed the presence of Keggin type anion in the SiW-OFLX complex.
