摘要:

基于狄利克雷主题模型对影响人参生长的肥力因素效应进行热点主题提取及主题演化分析。运用LDA主题模型对土壤肥力因素影响人参生长领域的304篇文献进行深入分析与挖掘,根据主题困惑度与pyLDAvis可视化结果确定最佳主题,基于高频主题词识别热点主题并总结其演化规律。 提炼出关于人参生长机制响应规律的“磷肥改善人参生长形态(主题1)、钾肥影响参叶形态(主题2)、微生物调控土壤酶促进人参生长(主题3)和氮素促进人参茎、叶生长(主题4)”4个核心主题,其中“微生物调控土壤酶促进人参生长(主题3)”为当前热门研究方向。 揭示了肥力因素对人参土壤调控进而影响人参生长的规律,为栽培人参土壤的改良及肥料优化施用提供科学依据。

Abstract:

This study investigates the effects of fertility factors on Panax ginseng growth through hotspot extraction and evolutionary analysis of research themes based on the Latent dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model. A corpus of 304 scholarly articles in the field of soil fertility factors influencing ginseng growth was systematically analyzed using the LDA topic model. The optimal number of topics was determined by evaluating topic perplexity and pyLDAvis visualization. High-frequency topic keywords were then employed to identify research hotspots and summarize their evolutionary trends. Four core themes were extracted, revealing the mechanisms by which fertility factors regulate ginseng growth: Effects of Phosphorus Fertilization on Morphological Development in Panax Ginseng(Topic1), Effects of Potassium Fertilization on Leaf Morphology in Panax ginseng (Topic2), Microbial Modulation of Soil Enzymes Enhances Growth in Panax ginseng(Topic3), Nitrogen Enhances Shoot Development in Panax ginseng through Foliar and Stem Biomass Accumulation(Topic4), the theme “Microbial Modulation of Soil Enzymes Enhances Growth in Panax ginseng” (Topic3) emerged as a current research focus. This study elucidates the regulatory role of soil fertility factors in ginseng cultivation and provides a scientific foundation for optimizing soil amendments and fertilization strategies.
