基于混料实验设计优化天然来源成膜剂的制备及应用

摘要:

成膜剂添加于化妆品中,在皮肤表面形成薄膜从而改善底妆产品的贴肤、持妆。 化学成膜剂存在肤感黏腻、皮肤相容性不佳、生物降解性差和长期使用对皮肤造成负担等问题。 据此,本研究以银耳、白及和桃树脂多糖为原料制备了一种天然来源成膜剂。 以膜抗拉强度、膜断裂伸长率以及膜与人工汗液及人工皮脂的接触角作为评价指标,通过混料实验设计优化3种多糖复配比例,经构建回归模型确定最佳复合多糖组成,得到天然来源成膜剂,并对该成膜剂添加入基础粉底液配方后进行保湿、持妆等人体功效评价。 结果表明,天然来源成膜剂复配多糖最佳组合为m(银耳多糖)∶m(白及多糖)∶m(桃树脂糖)=0.2∶0.25∶0.55,该组合形成的膜抗拉强度约为3.18 MPa,膜断裂伸长率约为126.60%,接触角大小约为86.03(°)。 验证实验证实,模型预测值与实际值相符,模型成立; 同时人体测试结果表明在化妆品粉底液基质中,该天然来源成膜剂质量分数为0.15%时,在提高皮肤角质层含水量的同时具有持妆功效。

Abstract:

Film forming agent is added to cosmetics to form a film on the skin surface to improve the skin sticking and makeup holding of base makeup products. Chemical film forming agent has some problems, such as skin feeling sticky, poor skin compatibility, poor biodegradability, and burden on skin caused by long-term use. In order to obtain a natural film-forming agent, the polysaccharides of Tremella fuciformisBletilla striata and peach gum were studied. The present study focuses on the extraction of natural polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformisBletilla striata and peach gum. The composition composed of three kinds of polysaccharide was optimized by mixture design with the film's tensile strength, elongation at break, and contact angle with artificial sweat and sebum. The optimal composition was figured out by the regression models built for each evaluation indexes and obtain natural film forming agent, followed by evaluating its efficacy on the human body. Results showed that the suitable composition of polysaccharides was as follows, when mTremella fuciformis)∶mBletilla striata)∶m(peach gum) is 0.2∶0.25∶0.55,the film exhibits a tensile strength of 3.18 MPa, elongation at break of 126.60%, and a contact angle of 86.03(°). The verification test proved the predicted value was consistent with the actual value, indicating the regression models were valid. Simultaneously, human testing results indicate that incorporating a natural film-forming agent with a mass fraction of 0.15% into the liquid foundation matrix enhances skin stratum corneum hydration and imparts long-lasting cosmetic effects.
