摘要: 1-蔡乙酸是一种植物生长调节剂,也是合成蔡乙酸甲醋(另一种优良的植物生长调节剂)的原料.其合成方法有多种[1,2].本文研究了在常压下,利用Co2(CO)8.在相转移催化条件下,使1-氯甲基蔡和一氧化碳直接反应,转化为茶乙酸的合成方法,气相色谱分析法研究了反应温度、催化剂用量等反应条件对转化率的影响.

Abstract: 1-Naphthalene acetic acid was synthesized from 1-chloromethyl naphthalene byoctacarbonyl dicobalt under phase transfer catalytic conditions.Conversion was 99% andyield 83%.The effects of reaction temperatures, ratios of reactants, solvents, contents ofcatalyst and concentration of alkali on conversion have been investigated.Among the phasetransfer catalysts tested, the most effective was hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride.
