摘要: 可再生甲壳素是无毒无味的天然高分子, 含有氨基功能基团, 可吸附游离酸. 在食品、药物提纯中, 可避免采用碱中和游离酸时增加电解质含量的缺点. 但可再生甲壳素与被吸附物质的固-液界面所处体系的介质性质(介电常数、离子强度等)往往制约其吸附能力及效率. 本文利用电导实验技术, 跟踪观察可再生甲壳素在不同介电常数环境中吸附游离酸的行为。

Abstract: The adsorption of low concentration of free acid by regenerable chitin was followed by electric conductance measurement. The effect of media such as foreign organic solvent on adsorption was discussed. Experimental results shew that the apparent adsorption constants decreases with decreasing dielectric constant(ε)in an adsorption system.
