摘要: 植物生长调节剂(如: α-萘乙酸, 2, 4-D 等)对柑桔保花保果有一定效果[1]. 缺点是脂溶性较差, 易被雨水淋洗掉. 我们试图在-萘乙酸中引入有机硅基改性以增加其脂溶性, 并从而提高活性和降低毒性[2]. 我们以 α-萘乙酸、三甲基氯硅烷和卤代烃为基本原料, 经光照氯化、格氏反应等并藉助于相转移催化剂, 制得了 9 种 α-萘乙酸烃基二甲硅基甲酯。

Abstract: Nine alkyldimethylsilylmethyl α-naphthylacetates were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR measurements. The biological activity experiments showed that the compounds obtained gave a higher yield of orange than the unsilyl substituted ones.
