Catalytic Activity of Ni/α-Al2O3 for Partial Oxidation of Methane to Synthetic Gas

摘要: 研究了Ni/Al2O3催化剂对甲烷部分氧化制合成气的反应性能。结果表明,催化剂在其活性组份Ni为10%时反应性能最好。条件实验表明,在600~900℃范围内,甲烷转化率和CO、H2的选择性随温度升高而增加;转化率和选择性在甲烷空速≤1.5×105h-1时基本不变,空速>1.5×105h-1时,转化率和选择性有所下降。随着压力的增加(0.05~0.40MPa),转化率和选择性下降。SEM和化学分析结果证明在反应过程中,Ni组份存在烧结和流失现象。

Abstract: The catalytic activity of Ni/α-Al2O3 for partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas has been studied. It is found that the catalyst of 10% Ni content was the best one for partial oxidation of methane under the conditions of 600~900℃ reaction temperature, 0.05 MPa pressure, a high space velocity of methane, and CH4/O2=2 0. Under the conditions used the methane conversion and the selectivity of CO and H2 were increased with increase of temperature(600~900℃)and decreased with increase of pressure(0.05 MPa~0.4 MPa)the space velocity influenced the catalyst activity. During the reaction, Ni component was found to be sintered and diminished, as confirmed by SEM observations and chemical analysis.
