摘要: 用固相法首次合成了NdSr1-χMχNiO4(M=Ca:0.0≤χ≤1.0;M=Ba:0.0≤χ≤0.6)系列复合氧化物,并研究了其结构,红外光谱,电学性质和磁学性质。除NdCaNiO4以正交晶系结晶外,其它试样的结构均属于四方晶系。IR谱显示随Ca2+离子含量的增加,NdSr1-χMχNiO4的Ni-O键缩短,Ca2+和Ba2+引入NdSrNiO4以取代Sr2+,使试样由金属性导电转变为半导体性导电;随Ca2+含量增加,试样的室温电阻率增大。77~300K磁化率与温度关系曲线显示,所有试样的Ni3+都以低自旋状态存在。

Abstract: new series of solid solution NdSr1-χMχNiO4(M=Ca:0.0≤χ≤1.0;M=Ba:0.0≤χ≤0.6) were synthesized by solid state reaction method,and their structures, magnetic and electical properties and IR spectra have been studied.All the samples crystallized in tetragonal system,with exception of the NdCaNiO4 which crystallized in orthorhombic system. IR spectra of NdSr1-χMχNiO4 showed that the lengths of two Ni-D bonds decrease with the increase of Ca contents. The electric conduction changed from metalic type to semiconductive type,when χ≥0.4(M=Ca,Ba), and the room temperature resistivities of NdSr1-χMχNiO4 increased with the increase of Ca contents. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed that Ni3+ ions in all the samples at 77~300K Were in low-spin state.
