摘要: 本文报道固-液相转移催化法合成降血脂药香菇嘌呤(Ⅰ)和香菇嘌呤乙酯(la)、广谱抗病毒剂β-腺嘌呤基丙酸(2)和β-腺嘌呤基丙酸乙酯(2a)。研究了影响产率的不同因素。实验表明:聚乙二醇(PEG)是合适的固-液相转移催化剂。

Abstract: Adenine derivatives as pharmaceuticals-eritadenine (1), ethyl 4-(6-amino-9H-purine-9-yl)-2(R), 3(R)-dihydroxybutyrate (1a),β-adenylpropionic acid (2) and ethyl β-adenylpropionate (2a) have been synthesized by solid-liquid phase transfer eatalysis. The effects of reaction conditions on the yields were studied. The results showed that PEG is a good phase transfer catalyst for the reaction.
