Synthesis and Extraction Properties Toward Metal Cations of 4,6-Dialkoxy-benzene-1,3-disulfonic Acid Bis-dimethylamide

摘要: 发现一种磺酰氯和叔胺反应生成N,N-二取代磺酰胺的反应类型,以1,3-二磺酰氯-4,6-二烷氧基苯和2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚为原料,二氯甲烷或丙酮作溶剂,合成了4个芳磺酰胺类化合物。 通过IR、1H NMR、元素分析和MS谱对其组成结构进行了表征。 测试了它们对Ca2+、Pb2+及部分过渡金属等10种金属离子的萃取性能。 结果表明,此类化合物对Ca2+有良好的选择性识别作用。

Abstract: N,N-disubstituted sulfonamide between sulfonyl chlorides and tertiary amines was discovered. Four aromatic sulfonamides were synthesized in dichloromethane or acetone by using 4,6-dialkoxy-benzene-1,3-disulfonyl dichlorides and 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol as the starting materials. The purified products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and MS. Aromatic sulfonamides were then applied as the extraction reagents for Ca2+, Pb2+ and some transition metal cations. The primary results showed that the aromatic sulfonamides have better extraction capability for Ca2+.
