SSynthesis of 1,1-Bibenzyl-1,1-bimercaptoacetyl-hydrazonemethane under Microwave Irradiation

摘要: 以1,3-二苯基丙酮为原料,经干燥的H2S和HCl气体反应得二苄基二巯基甲烷(1),在微波辐射条件下,经酯化、肼解,得1,1-二苄基-1,1-二硫乙酰肼(3),再与芳香醛反应,方便地合成了酰腙类新化合物(4a~4n)。 其结构经IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析确证。

Abstract: Using 1,3-diphenylacetone as precursor, bibenzyldithiolmethane(1) was prepared through reacting 1,3-diphenylacetone with dry hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride. Under microwave irradiation, compound 1 was subjected to esterification and hydrazinolysis to yield 1,1-bibenzyl-1,1-bimercaptoacetyl-hydrazine(3). The condensation reactions between compound 3 and aromatic aldehyde led to the production of a series of 1,1-bibenzyl-1,1-bimercaptoacetylhydrazone(4a~4n). Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
