滑竹叶提取物在HCl介质中对铝的缓蚀性能

Corrosion Inhibition of Yushania Polytricha Leaves Extract for Aluminum in Hydrochloric Acid Media

摘要: 采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱和扫描电子显微镜研究了滑竹叶提取物(YPLE)在1.0 mol/L HCl介质中对铝的缓蚀作用。 结果表明,YPLE对铝具有良好的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率随其浓度的增加而增大,且在铝表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。 YPLE为阴极抑制型缓蚀剂;电化学阻抗谱在高频区呈容抗弧,在低频区呈感抗弧,添加YPLE后,阻抗值显著增大。 SEM表明,添加YPLE对铝的腐蚀产生了明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: The inhibition effect of Yushania polytricha leaves extract(YPLE) on the corrosion of aluminum in 1.0 mol/L HCl media was studied by mass loss, potentiodynamic polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and scanning electron microscope methods. The results show that YPLE is a good inhibitor, and the inhibition efficiency increases with the inhibitor concentration. The adsorption of YPLE on aluminum surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. YPLE behaves as a cathodic inhibitor. EIS spectra exhibit one capacitive loop at high frequencies followed by an inductive one at low frequency values, and the impedance value increases with the inhibitor concentration. SEM results confirm the corrosion of aluminum is retarded remarkably by the addition of YPLE.
