摘要:

全无机微晶玻璃荧光材料具有物化性能稳定、热导率高、在长时间使用下不老化、不色偏等独特优势,迎合了半导体照明向高能量密度激发光源发展的趋势,近年来受到国内外发光材料学界的广泛关注。 本综述从荧光微晶玻璃的设计制备、构效关系及其白光LED应用等多个方面介绍其研究历程与最新的研究进展,并探讨了未来的发展方向。

关键词: 微晶玻璃, 白光LED, 发光, 研究进展

Abstract:

All inorganic luminescent glass ceramic as encapsulant for white light-emitting diode(w-LED) is in the ascendant and meets the high-power developing trend of solid-state lighting, thanking to its advantages of good physical/chemical stability, high thermal conductivity, and free of aging and color aberration issues. In this review, we summarized the history and recent progresses of research from multi-angle of design/preparation concept, structure-property relationship, and w-LED application. Finally, the challenges and further advances of the glass ceramic applicable to w-LED are presented.
