Abstract: The nitrogen atom in a nylon-6 macromolecule could be the grafting site as determined by spectrometry and the XRD results show that the crystallinity of the grafted membrane decreases with the increase of the grafting yield. The effects of the grafting yield on the electric resistance, ion exchange capacity and tensile stress of the membrane also have been investigated.
