Abstract: A sensitive adsorptive wave of Fe-5-Br-PADAP complex was obtained by linear sweepvoltammetry in HAc-NaAc solution. The peak potential is -0.05V (vs.SCE).The peakcurrent is directly proportional to the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) in the range of 2.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L, the detection limit is 4.0×10-10 mol/L.The adsorption phenomena wereobserved, the electrode reaction appeared an irreversible reduction of the complex, whichhas a composition of 1:2 with apparent stability constant 1.3×1012.This method has beenapplied to analysis of food, drinks and grain crops.
