Abstract:

With Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, LiNO3, NH4H2PO4 and sucrose as raw materials, LiFePO4/C was synthesized by using supercritical carbon dioxide at 50 ℃ for 24 h, and then being annealed at 350 ℃ and 600 ℃. The particle size of synthesized LiFePO4/C is in the range of 0.5~1.0 μm. For the electrochemical performance of LiFePO4/C as the cathode material of lithium ion battery, the initial discharge capacity is 156.6 mA·h/g, and there is no obvious capacity fading after 50 cycles.
