电荷传输剂TPD的合成及其在电致发光中的应用

摘要: 用18-冠-6作相转移催化剂,邻二氯苯作溶剂由二苯基联苯胺与不同取代基的碘苯经乌尔曼反应,制得N,N'-二苯基-N,N'-二取代苯基联苯胺(三苯基二胺)衍生物(简称TPD),并经IR、NMR等表征;作为电荷传输剂,TPD的加入可改善电致发光器件的发光性能。

Abstract: Three triphenyldiamine derivatives(TPDs) were synthesized by Ullmann reaction of N,N'-diphenyl benzidine with p-CH3, p-OCH3, m-CH3 iodobenzenes, respectively, using 18C6 as phase transfer catalyst and o dichlorobenzene as solvent. Their structures have been verified by IR and NMR maesurements. As a charge transfer agent, addition of TPD improves the luminescent property of the electroluminescent devices.
