摘要: 利用已知活性基团进行类推或以植物中的代谢酶为靶标来设计农药新母体是当前新农药 创制卓有成效的重要途径之一[1,2].作者曾以此设计合成了几类具有生物活性的α-氧代膦酸衍生物[3,4].其中α-(取代)芳氧基乙酰氧基烃基膦酸衍生物是一类具有一定除草活性的化合物[5].本文报道一类新的取代苯氧基丙酰氧基烃基膦酸衍生物的合成及其生物活性.

Abstract: Eight α-[2-(2.4-dichlorophenoxy) propionyloxy]alkyl phosphonates were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and MS. The relationship between their substituents and biological activities have been discussed. All of the compounds showed a certain herbicidal selectivity.
