Synthesis and Biological Activity of 2,2-Disubstituted 5-Benzal(fural) Cyclopentanones

摘要: 合成了18种2,2-二取代-5-亚苄(糠)基环戊酮类化合物,结构均通过核磁、红外、元素分析等予以确证。初步药理实验结果显示:该类化合物对鼻咽癌、结肠癌、卵巢癌和肺腺癌等癌细胞具有一定的抑制作用;某些化合物还有杀菌作用。

Abstract: Eighteen substituted cyclopentanones containing cyclopentenyl were synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR measurements. The anticancer activities of the compounds have been examined. Compounds 2l, 2e and 2r were found to be active against KB, HCT, A2780, and A549 tumors in vitro. Compounds 2b and 2d showed activity only against HCT tumor. Compound 2e showed some fungistatic activity against plant pathogens in vitro.
