用于光存储的菁染料-聚合物薄膜

Cyanine Dye-polymer Film for Optical Storage

摘要: 在光盘存储技术中, 开拓性能优良的光存储介质一直是人们关注的问题[1]. 有机染料作为光存储介质具有许多无机材料不具备的优点, 例如低熔点、低分解温度、低热扩散系数等.菁染料分子含有多个甲川基组成的共轭链, 在可见及红外区有很强的吸收, 由于吸收峰窄, 半峰宽小, 色纯, 反射率高, 同时, 在有机溶剂中有较大溶解度, 可方便地采用旋涂制膜[2, 3]

Abstract: Two indodicarbocyanine and indotricarbocyanine dyes were synthesized. The structure of dyes were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR measurements. The film medium containing cyanine dye and polymer on a substrate were perpared by spin coating process. Both of the optical absorption spectra and optical constants of the film were investigated. At optimum recording condition, 58 dB CNR was obtained. The film is applicable for the optical disk storage medium working at 830 nm wavelength.
